Unisex sizing - if you like a baggier/oversized fit then size up. If I was to choose this style as size 8 I would wear a Small. This gives me room and comfort but isn't oversized..

Womens size guide - (if you like it a bit baggier then size up) ladies style is a lot more fitted around the waist than standard unisex sizing. I am size 8 generally and wear a small as I like them fitted but not too baggy.
