SERVICES
Dye sublimation works well on light shirts or fabrics. Sublimation uses special ink and heat to make the ink become part of the fabric. Dye sublimation is excellent for printing on polyester shirts with pretty much any design possible, even photos! Shirts done through sublimation are durable and look great. Sublimation is unforgiving when you bring cotton on to the scene. We will only use garments that have a 65% or higher polyester count! Depending on the size of the garment you choose, designs can be as big as A3!
Does your design have solid colours, lettering or numbers? Transfer printing might be your best option. This method works best with more simple designs, there is a vast array of colours to choose from. We have plenty of ready-made designs or you can design your own. This methods works well on sportswear, slogans and simple graphics.
Your logo or wording can be embroidered onto pretty much anything using our modern multi needle industrial embroidery machine, we start by digitising your design – turning your logo into stitches. Embroidery is a great way to get your logo on to a garment, its lasts forever and washes well. There are only a few limitations to embroidery, for example you cannot have very small text or detail in a logo. We can colour match most threads as well as creating special effect designs.
